
Our Program
Amazing Place is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Participants and caregivers are free to select a schedule that best suits their needs. The center, located in the heart of Houston, offers a joyful environment of acceptance run by a highly professional staff.
Our program recognizes the individual needs and abilities of our participants, our welcoming environment encourages friendships, and our professionally trained staff promotes self-efficacy. We offer a variety of activities that build cognitive skills and help to offset the effects of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias:

We serve a three-course lunch each day as well as morning coffee and juice and snacks as needed. Birthdays and special events are celebrated as a group, and we plan special parties for important holidays.
Amazing Place is a state-licensed, non-profit organization governed by a board of directors with representatives from 13 Houston area churches.
