Amazing Place Staff
The highly professional and well-trained staff of Amazing Place cares deeply about the participants and families they serve. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and oversees all aspects of the organization. An interdisciplinary team is led by the Program Director, a licensed clinical social worker, leads an interdisciplinary team consisting of a four-member nursing team, a seven-member activity department, and the particpants’ families. They combine their knowledge and expertise to develop and oversee an individualized and therapeutic care plan for each participant. Stimulating and fulfilling activities and a wellness program provide a well-rounded day program for those who attend Amazing Place. The program includes daily exercise and monthly monitoring of weight, blood pressure and dietary management.
The Amazing Place staff is state licensed and trained to offer special care to older adults with mild to moderate memory loss. Staff members, titles and phone numbers are listed below for your convenience.
